We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Specialist who enjoys a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is passionate about delivering strong hiring results.
This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and requires strong ownership, fast learning and high resilience.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across Tech / Product / Business functions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Deliver offers within expected timelines (1–2 months)
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify JD, expectations, and timelines
- Maintain high-quality documentation (ATS / Lark Base)
- Market mapping & active outreach
- Weekly tracking of hiring progress & potential risks
【What We Are Looking For】
- 3–8 years TA experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong passion for recruiting
- High resilience; comfortable with changes / urgent roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Able to work independently with strong sense of ownership
