Assistant Human Capital Manager is responsible to support the Human Capital team in driving strategic Human Capital initiatives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development and performance management, contributing to a thriving, engaged and high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities
Support the Human Capital Manager in executing Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate directive.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of associates engagement activities, such as surveys, wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
Ensure timely completion and submission of monthly reports, adhering to established deadlines and organisational reporting standards.
Stay up-to-date with Human Capital trends, best practices, and legislation changes that may impact the organisation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for associate inquiries and concerns, cultivating an environment of trust and encourage open communication.
Requirements
Candidate must posses a tertiary education in any related field
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to think strategically and align human capital initiatives with organisational goals
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and human capital best practices
