  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with 1–2 years experience in construction projects will have an advantage
  • Good understanding of measurement, costing, and contract basics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Cubicost
  • Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Chinese
  • Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Support contract administration and documentation for ongoing projects
  • Assist in taking‑off, cost estimation, and tender preparation
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation for QS works
  • Perform site measurement and verification when required
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
