RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design and formulate new & improved existing products, from project creation to realization in production.

  • To plan, organize and oversee process or production trials.

  • To make improvements or modifications to current processes.

  • To ensure incoming material inspection, in-process control, outgoing inspection and all activities are compliant with MESTI and HACCP System.

  • Inspection of cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment, plant and environment.

  • To formulate new production processes or stages within processes.

  • Laboratory management including maintenance and calibration of equipment.

  • Continual improvement in product quality and handling in product complaint.

  • Updating all related government standard and Halal requirement.

  • To research new raw material and evaluation.

  • To assist in preparing ingredient list and nutrition fact information.

  • Perform other duties stipulated as per HACCP requirements.

REQUIREMENTS :
  • Possess minimum Degree in Food Science & Technology

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience in food manufacturing industry

  • Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline

  • Able to work independently and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
