  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the car park.
  • Guide and direct vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow and proper parking.
  • Assist customers with parking enquiries, payment issues, and general assistance.
  • Attend to season parking matters and basic access card issues where required.
  • Monitor entry and exit lanes to ensure parking equipment is functioning properly.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for parking machines, barriers, and intercom systems.
  • Ensure the car park premises, equipment, and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Support traffic control during peak periods, events, or emergencies.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
