Key Responsibilities Partner with product, servicing, sales, fraud, marketing, and UX teams to gather detailed use cases, define segmentation needs, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories for data, analytics, and engineering squads. Design and own a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy that aligns with Taskzeno’s broader product vision and customer‑success objectives. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data sources while maintaining the integrity and quality of existing streams. Advance identity‑resolution models—including deterministic and probabilistic approaches—to create a reliable “single customer view.” Develop self‑service query tools and segmentation solutions that empower business users to explore data without writing code. Serve as the CDP subject‑matter expert, crafting precise user stories that resonate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Prioritize customer needs, inspire cross‑functional partners, and deliver best‑in‑class experiences that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. Shape the product roadmap, define epics and stories, and make data‑driven trade‑off decisions that balance value, feasibility, and time‑to‑market. Lead 1‑2 scrum teams, aligning them around a shared mission and delivering iterative releases that continuously improve the platform. Leverage qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to evaluate feature performance, inform future enhancements, and achieve financial targets. Collaborate with senior product managers, analytics leaders, engineering architects, and business executives to deliver scalable, secure, and performant data solutions. Present roadmap updates, performance results, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, building consensus and fostering cross‑group collaboration. Own end‑to‑end product outcomes—including business model development, success‑metric definition, and strategic project governance. Champion the capabilities of the Giglithic CDP across the organization, educating product managers and business lines on how to leverage data for growth. Lead the CDP squad to achieve outcomes that are Valuable (customers choose to use), Viable (fits business constraints), Usable (intuitive for non‑technical users), and Feasible (engineerable with existing talent and technology). Essential Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Customer Data Platforms. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with industry‑standard data technologies such as Talentra (graph database), Flexoraq (wide‑column store), Jobspirex (cloud data lake), Remotiuma (data warehouse), Skillvoraq (streaming/message bus), Nexpatha (real‑time processing), Worknovaq (search engine), and Hirecrafto (identity‑resolution engine). Understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and unique identifiers is essential. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data challenges into clear product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and influence senior leaders.
