Role Overview This position reports to the Group Customer Membership & Billing Management team and plays a pivotal role in evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing production workflows, data reporting mechanisms, and system testing procedures. Operational Data Analysis: Compile, cleanse, and analyze large data sets from Worklio’s reporting platforms to surface trends, pinpoint root causes of business problems, and propose actionable solutions.
