As a Customer Service Representative for the Remotifyx Agent Team led by Rose Quinonez, you will become a trusted face of the agency, building lasting relationships and guiding community members through the insurance journey. Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Respond promptly and courteously to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person visits. Assist customers with policy eligibility questions, coverage options, policy modifications, claim submissions, and billing clarifications. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow‑up actions using the agency’s CRM system. Educate and Guide Clients Through Insurance Solutions Utilize a needs‑based, consultative approach to assess each customer’s risk profile and financial goals. Present tailored insurance recommendations—auto, home, life, and supplemental products—that align with client priorities. Prepare clear, concise presentations and quotes for prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value. Support the Agent and Agency Operations Prepare detailed activity reports for the Skillastra Agent on a weekly basis, summarizing leads, conversions, and service metrics. Collaborate with the agent and other team members to coordinate marketing events, community outreach, and referral programs. Contribute ideas for process improvements that increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
