Cloudwick is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments to lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in enabling engineering, product, and data teams to operate efficiently while collaborating closely with US-based stakeholders and customers. This role requires hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively in US time zones.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies to keep teams on track.
Partner closely with Product Owners to manage and refine backlogs, user stories, and priorities.
Drive Agile best practices across engineering, data, and platform teams.
Enable effective collaboration between India-based delivery teams and US-based stakeholders.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, delivery metrics, and report insights to leadership.
Coach teams on Agile maturity, self-organisation, and high-performance delivery.
Support release planning and ensure predictable, high-quality deliveries.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Proven experience working in B2B SaaS product environments.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles.
Hands-on experience working with US-based clients, stakeholders, or distributed teams.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple teams and complex delivery environments.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
Experience working with data platforms, cloud-native products, or analytics solutions.
Exposure to AWS-based or cloud-first SaaS environments.
Background in scaling Agile practices across growing organisations.
