Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst/Executive with maximum of 2 years of hands-on experience in regulatory research and compliance checklist preparation. The role involves identifying applicable laws, interpreting statutory provisions, preparing structured list of regulatory obligations, and assisting in the creation and updating of compliance checklists for diverse industrial sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and the ability to interpret and apply Regulatory Compliance requirements in a business context.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess risk, review data, and draw clear, evidence-based conclusions.
- Effective tracking of statutory amendments, and regulatory updates.
- Knowledge of version control of compliance checklists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; a professional certification in compliance is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Comfort with using technology tools and compliance software; familiarity with data security and privacy considerations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and maintain high ethical standards and professional integrity.
