<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We seek an experienced Headhunter with a proven track record in sourcing and placing niche quantitative and technology talent within High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and proprietary trading. You will engage highly technical, passive candidates across roles spanning Quantitative Traders, Researchers, Algorithm Developers, and Risk Analysts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end recruitment for Quant Traders, Researchers, Algorithm Developers, and HFT roles.</li><li>Design headhunting strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, IIMJobs, and direct outreach to passive candidates.</li><li>Manage full candidate lifecycle — outreach, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.</li><li>Build talent pipelines via networking, referrals, and campus engagement at IITs/IIMs/NITs.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand role specs, team dynamics, and evolving talent needs.</li><li>Maintain HRIS/ATS records and deliver regular recruitment MIS and pipeline reports.</li><li>Represent the organisation at career fairs, hackathons, and industry events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>3–7 years in talent acquisition or headhunting with mandatory HFT, fintech, or quant finance exposure.</li><li>Strong understanding of quant finance roles: Quant Trader, Quant Researcher, Algorithm Developer.</li><li>Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, InstaHyre, Hirist, and IIMJobs.</li><li>Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Prior in-house TA experience at an HFT firm, prop trading desk, or quant-focused fintech.</li><li>Experience managing technical recruiters; campus hiring at IITs/IIMs a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions with urgency and ownership.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation with performance-linked placement incentives.</li><li>Direct exposure to one of the most intellectually stimulating segments of financial services.</li><li>Collaborative, flat culture with flexible WFH options and fast decision-making.</li><li>Opportunity to build and own the TA function for a growing quant trading team.</li></ul>
