About the role

We are hiring a sharp proposal writer to own RFP responses, presales pitches and commercial proposals for an IT services business.

What you will do

  • Own proposal responses end to end.

  • Read solicitations, structure responses, and write clean, persuasive narratives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for inputs and deliver the final draft.

What we are looking for

  • 2 to 4 years in an IT services company in proposal writing, RFP / bid response, or presales.

  • Strong written English and sharp comprehension.

  • Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable owning deliverables.

  • Excellent verbal communication.
