Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth market and talent mapping across international geographies
  • Identify, approach, and engage senior-level candidates for global search assignments
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within key industries such as Life Sciences and Industrial sectors
  • Write and present high-quality candidate reports, market insights, and research documentation
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project leads to deliver on retained mandates
  • Use LinkedIn, internal databases, and market intelligence tools to support long-term talent strategy
  • Manage candidate communications and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Uphold professional standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and communication in all search-related activities

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a researcher or 180 recruitment role, ideally within international or executive search environments
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment markets and cross-cultural communication
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing and engaging senior candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and research tools
