We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Admin Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications professionally.
Accurately enter and update data across various systems.
Support projects and assist different departments as needed.
Identify areas where administrative support is required and take the initiative to address them.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Quickly grasp new processes and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
Highly reliable and organized
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes
