<div>Seeking an experienced and passionate Virtual Assistant that can be trained as an Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team.</p>
<p>As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns for our clients across various industries.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities (Further Training Included):</p>
<p>• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: newsletters, promotional emails, lead nurturing campaigns, and automated workflows.<br />
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop email marketing strategies that align with those goals.<br />
• Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.<br />
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.<br />
• Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.<br />
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.<br />
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Klaviyo.<br />
• Proficient in email marketing analytics and reporting.<br />
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.<br />
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.</p>
