<p>Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced<strong> Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter</strong> to join our team!</p><p><strong>This role is high-volume recruiting <em>specific</em> to skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles </strong>(we are <strong>not</strong> considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).</p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Remote - USA</li><li><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)</li><li><strong>Incentive:</strong> $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission</li><li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking</li><li>Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions</li><li>Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience</li><li>Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements</li><li>Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles</strong></li><li><u>Strong</u> sourcing skills</li><li>Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs</li><li>Bilingual a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly</li><li>MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus</li><li>Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus</li></ul><b>Why Join SST?</b><ul><li>Competitive base salary plus monthly incentive bonuses</li><li>Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company</li><li>Supportive and dynamic team culture </li></ul>
