In this role, you will review and assess condominium project documentation to determine eligibility and compliance with agency and investor guidelines. The ideal candidate will have expert-level  knowledge of condo project reviews, underwriting standards, and risk assessment within the mortgage industry.<br> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing condo questionnaires, budgets, insurance, legal documents, and project approvals while partnering closely with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.</li></ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years previous condo project review experience required.</li></ul><br>The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.<br> <p><i>Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage diverse, talented, qualified applicants to apply. We offer an extensive compensation package.
