font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Increase sales of MSA industrial safety-related products with a primary focus toward the industrial safety market.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Implement strategies and tactics relating to target markets and segments.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and manage the business-to-business relationships with regional and national distribution partners.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Effectively communicate voice of customer (VOC) feedback into our new product development process and to other stakeholders.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Up to 30% of selling time will be spent training/working with industrial distributors on how to sell all MSA's product lines focusing 70% of selling time within the industrial market.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with other team members and channel partners to support “in service” product training and other new product implementation activities.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build factory relationships with contractors, procurement, and various end users.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate/motivate sales and service coverage within distribution network.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Report trends/conditions, competitive activity, and sales opportunities into a CRM program.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Leverage internet and social media tools to complete research and share product information or solutions.</span></li></ul> <br>Qualifications<br><br><p style="margin: 0in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated selling and customer account management skills in industrial PPE, including solid negotiation skills.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of understanding customer needs and developing solutions to assure customer satisfaction related to industrial PPE.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal).</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to guide, mentor and motivate others, including channel partners.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
