Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><strong>Summary:</strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">The Program Manager provides program and project management support to DOJ/BOP facilities stakeholders for geographically dispersed, primarily remote work assignments. The role coordinates contractor task execution, integrates schedules and deliverables, and provides reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to enable informed Government decision-making. The Program Manager serves as the primary contractor point of contact and manages contractor personnel supporting this effort.</span></p> <br>Responsibilities<br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day coordination with Government stakeholders.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Plan, manage, and track contractor performance across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of contract deliverables.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Develop and maintain contractor project artifacts (e.g., work plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, action item trackers) for Government review and approval.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Coordinate internal contractor resources (engineering, architecture, mechanical, logistics) to support Government priorities and timelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Facilitate meetings (agenda development, minutes, action items) and maintain documentation repositories and status dashboards.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Collect and analyze program data (schedule, cost, performance metrics) and provide reports and briefings to support Government oversight.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Support facilities assessments and project planning by coordinating site information collection, document reviews, and technical inputs from subject matter experts.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Identify risks and constraints; develop mitigation options and recommendations for Government consideration.</span></li></ul> <br>Qualifications<br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><strong>Necessary Skills and Knowledge:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools, Excel, Word, Teams/SharePoint).</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Education Requirement: College degree OR High School Diploma AND 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible facilities program/project management experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Demonstrated experience supporting Federal facilities programs, construction/renovation projects, or facilities operations and maintenance.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Primarily remote work with occasional travel to DOJ/BOP sites and/or meetings; availability during core business hours in the applicable time zone(s) is required.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Ability to obtain and maintain DOJ/BOP suitability, background investigation, and facility access as required.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Experience supporting correctional facilities, justice-sector facilities programs, or other high-security environments.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri; color: #000000;"><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri; color: #000000;">The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 annually.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri; color: #000000;">At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
