You work closely with business units and executive leadership, reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development, and contribute meaningfully to high-impact transactions.</span><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.</span></p><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Prepare financial and operational proformas for acquisitions and partnerships</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Collaborate with home managers to validate proforma assumptions</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Assist with due diligence collection and coordination</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Upload and organize documents in the Business Development Team Room</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Complete assigned Corporate Development spreadsheets</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Update records in M&A databases</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Copy and distribute records, policies, and other documents as directed</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.</span></p><br><br><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">1+ years of experience in corporate M&A, finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or public accounting</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Exposure to financial modeling and valuation</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Proven solid quantitative and analytical skills</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Preferred Qualification:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">3+ years in a financial or investment-related institution</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy</span></p><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
