A leading industrial property brokerage is seeking a dedicated Property Office Administrator. Responsibilities:
• General reception duties, answering calls, taking messages, etc.
• Performing administrative duties to assist brokers.
• Loading and maintenance of stock and inquiry items to online inventory system.
• Creation of marketing video’s (experience not required, on job training to be provided).
• Preparing marketing materials.
• Work with brokers on property status/changes/new tasks.
• Researching, updating, and maintaining a clean and organised property database.
• Produce, maintain, and distribute documents to team members.
• General office management function.
• FICA compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant completed qualification
- Over 2 years' general administrative experience essential
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to follow direction and work efficiently with a dynamic team of brokers
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Highly ethical, hardworking, dependable, punctual, proactive and willing to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and general technology competency
- Basic bookkeeping an advantage
