Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from hospitals, Doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, specialists etc
  • Maintain good client relations with external clients
  • Serve as a liaison between site staff and Lab
  • Ensure messages are distributed to the correct staff members
  • Follow up with results to ensure turn-around-times are met.
  • Assist with the Switchboard functions in order to correctly refer clients.
  • Compile, print and distribute route reports in order to ensure correct distribution of results when required
  • Maintain hardware to ensure effective operations.
  • Adhoc duties

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate
  • Matric
  • Telephone and e-mail etiquette
  • Able to work shifts
  • Own reliable transport
