<strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>To ensure quality implementation and maintenance of CIB deals in accordance with legal agreements and internal processes<br><br><strong><strong>Job Responsibilities<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Understand and manage financial aspects of deals through adhering to legal agreements and all applicable regulatory aspects.</li><li>Adhering to governance and internal controls to alleviate risk and prevent losses.</li><li>Adhering to internal controls and procedures to alleviate risk and prevent losses by following internal procedures and agreed processes.</li><li>Build trusting relationships with stakeholders through consistent and timeous communication.</li><li>Ensure all stakeholder queries are addressed.</li><li>Provide quality service delivery timeously as per internal procedures.</li><li>Implement and manage deals in accordance with internal processes, legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure full understanding of deal structure.</li><li>Prepare financial models and deal reminders for required activities.</li><li>Ensure all supporting deal documentation is obtained and filed appropriately.</li><li>Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values.</li><li>Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.</li><li>Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.</li><li>Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives.</li><li>Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.</li><li>Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Qualifications - NQF Level<br><br></strong><ul><li>Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualification<br><br></strong>BCom Finance / Accounting / Economics<br><br><strong>Minimum Experience Level<br><br></strong>At least 1 year relevant experience in banking<br><br><strong><strong>Technical / Professional Knowledge<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Business writing </li><li>Relevant regulatory knowledge </li><li>Industry trends </li><li>Business Acumen </li><li>Research methodology </li><li>Governance, Risk and Controls </li><li>Stakeholder management </li><li>Data analysis <br><br></li></ul><strong>Behavioural Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Adaptability </li><li>Applied Learning </li><li>Quality Orientation </li><li>Planning and Organizing </li><li>Managing Work </li><li>Collaborating <br><br></li></ul><strong>Please contact the Nedbank Recruiting Team at +27 860 555 566</strong>
