Oversee the management of subcontractors and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor subcontractor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate terms and conditions for new and existing subcontract agreements.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement subcontractor strategies.
Identify potential risks and issues related to subcontractor performance and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor market trends and identify potential subcontractor opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to junior members of the subcontract management team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to subcontractor management.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance subcontractor management efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle any escalations or disputes with subcontractors in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a subject matter expert on subcontract management and provide training and guidance to other team members as needed.
Ensure all subcontractors adhere to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements.
Drive cost savings and efficiency through effective subcontractor management.
Adhere to project timelines and meet all contractual obligations.
