As a business systems consultant on the CRM Workforce Management team, you’ll support and optimize the Verint WFM system, analyze system requirements, and deliver insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support and optimize the Verint WFM system and the processes it enables
Gather and analyze system requirements, ensuring they are met or negotiating alternative solutions
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve system performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes
Work closely with the Enablement team and IT partners to identify and resolve system issues
Coordinate configurations, implement changes, and ensure the Verint WFM system operates effectively and efficiently
Find opportunities to improve the system and its procedures
Skills
A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
Advanced knowledge of the Verint platform and how it functions
Experience managing system configurations, permissions, and updates in the Verint WFM system
Proven track record to collaborate with software vendors, peers, and customers to solve and resolve system issues
Solid understanding of CRM Workforce Management standard methodologies
Hands-on experience administering Workforce Management processes, including forecasting, managing employee requests, and coordinating schedule changes
