As a paid programmatic specialist, you’ll join a team dedicated to developing direct marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll work with major names in media to identify, test, measure, and scale acquisition growth opportunities for the Commercial Lines Direct Acquisition team. You’ll manage relationships with new and existing programmatic and social media partners, drive strategy, implement campaigns, set up campaign measurements, analyze results, and communicate outcomes. You’ll also support paid search campaigns and own management of email campaigns. Additionally, you’ll work on key accounts and new contracts and collaborate with various internal groups (Media, Marketing, Legal, and Control) to achieve business goals.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland, Ohio three to four times per year.

Must-have qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years related marketing or digital media experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred skills
  • High caliber digital experience, including the planning, testing, and buying of performance-based paid social and programmatic media
  • Expert in paid media strategy, campaign structure, optimizations, and the hands-on use of major programmatic and social platforms
  • Proven track record of experimentation and measurement, including use of analytical/visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and business development skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Compensation
  • $72,100 - $116,300/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
