Responsibilities
* Brainstorm engaging content ideas and social media trends
* Create and maintain a weekly content calendar
* Write captions and suggest hashtags
* Schedule posts across platforms
* Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
* Repurpose content for multiple platforms
* Monitor analytics and recommend improvements
* Stay up to date on platform trends and best practices
Nice to Have
* Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software
* Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
* Strong writing and storytelling skills
* Interest in personal branding, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or career content
* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
