Responsibilities
- Manages complex immigration cases with precision and attention to detail, serving as a key resource for case support while maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines
- Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects current legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions
- Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating immigration complexities into scalable, repeatable processes
- Upholds quality and risk standards by reviewing work product, flagging procedural inconsistencies and case risks, and modeling strong judgment and operational discipline across the team
- Monitors regulatory and policy changes within assigned jurisdictions, escalating compliance concerns and converting legal updates into practical day-to-day guidance for the broader team
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience
- Law degree or similar field (immigration, international relations, or equivalent professional background)
- Deep expertise in Mexico immigration processes, including drafting, filing, case assessment, and compliance across key categories.
- Strong knowledge of immigration categories and processes across LATAM
- Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technology-enabled workflows in a legal, immigration, or similarly regulated environment to support quality, efficiency, and process innovation
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders across multiple teams
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
Total Rewards
- Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
- Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
- Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
