We are looking for a techical expert who can become the technical owner of our GTM and business systems. This is a contract role. Visa sponsorship is not available. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
SCOPE:
*Own and continuously improve our HubSpot instance, including properties, workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, reporting, dashboards, data hygiene, and integrations.
*Improve GTM systems across sales, marketing, onboarding, customer success, and reporting.
*Build or manage automations, integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and internal tools where useful.
*Maintain and improve SOPs, internal documentation, playbooks, and process documentation outside HubSpot.
*Independently audit existing workflows, documentation, and systems before asking for direction.
*Translate business problems into clean systems, processes, automations, and documentation.
*Train or enable internal team members when new workflows or processes are implemented.
IDEAL PROFILE:
*HubSpot power admin, ideally with strong experience in Operations Hub, workflows, reporting, integrations, and CRM architecture.
*Technical enough to understand APIs, automation logic, data models, and ideally some light JavaScript, Python, or low-code tooling.
*Strong RevOps / GTM systems instincts, though they do not need to be a traditional senior RevOps leader.
*Extremely self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and documentation-oriented.
*Comfortable reverse-engineering messy systems and improving them without step-by-step direction.
*High horsepower and fast learning matter more than years of experience.
