You’ll schedule shifts weekly via an internal dashboard. Choose 4–6 hour blocks during mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Minimum: 15 hours/week.

 

Training Overview

– 2 hours of onboarding videos

– Practice chats and email responses with feedback

– First monitored live shift

– Most agents are live within 3–5 business days after acceptance

 

Example Workday

You sign in for your 5 PM–9 PM shift. You help a customer find their order confirmation email, another reset their password, and another change their subscription tier. All responses are typed, guided by templates, and completed without any speaking required.
