Job Overview

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and contribute to our distribution efforts! As an Order Puller, you will work in a fast-paced environment, pulling orders and preparing merchandise for shipment to stores.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to excel. You should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the day.

• Accurately pull order quantities and prepare merchandise for shipment to stores


• Follow established procedures to guide and support a highly organized process


• Maintain a strong daily work pace to maximize team efforts


• Demonstrate a cooperative manner and promote good team interaction


• Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures


• Consistently practice reliability and willingness to assist others as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old


• Pass drug test


• Pass background check


• Work mandatory overtime


• Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures


• Attention to details and work pace


• Maintain high levels of productivity


• Good listening and communication skills


• Able to work well individually and within a team
