Prepare and pack orders for shipment to customers.

Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlines.
Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
Help with the implementation of new warehouse procedures and processes.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality control measures.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
Train and mentor new warehouse employees as needed.

Attend team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvement.
