Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Operations & Academics to support academic planning and operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in managing academic data, scheduling, reporting, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update academic reports, batch trackers, and scheduling data using MS Excel.
  2. Support timetable preparation, batch scheduling, and academic calendar planning.
  3. Coordinate with faculty members and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless academic operations.
  4. Prepare structured documents, operational reports, and formal email communication as required.
  5. Monitor pending tasks, follow up with concerned teams, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  6. Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely availability of operational information.
  7. Support batch management and assist in streamlining operational processes.

Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables , dashboards, reports, data management).
  • Good understanding of academic scheduling and calendar planning. • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline. Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience in academic operations, coordination, or backend operations will be preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
