Role Description:The Amazon Implementation Specialist is responsible for successfully launching and optimizing product listings on the Amazon marketplace (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central). This role ensures that product data, images, SEO content, and compliance requirements are correctly implemented and aligned with Amazon’s best practices. The specialist works closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless onboarding process and sustained performance of the brand’s presence on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new products and brands on Amazon.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content.
Ensure all listings are fully compliant with Amazon's policies, category guidelines, and technical requirements.
Upload product catalogs via flat files or manual methods, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and upload errors.
Monitor and maintain content integrity and accuracy across all listings.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets such as images, videos, and product information.
Optimize product pages for search visibility (SEO) and conversion rate.
Manage relationships with Amazon support for case resolution and technical escalations.
Assist with setting up variations, FBA settings, and inventory tracking.
Stay updated on Amazon policy changes, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and digital merchandising.
Proficiency in flat file uploads and Amazon templates for product listings.
Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization strategies.
