Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join our growing team at The UPS Store. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, printing, and business service needs while maintaining a professional and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with shipping and packaging services
  • Operate POS system for transactions, including cash and card payments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments (UPS, USPS, Amazon returns, etc.)
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and document services
  • Pack items securely following company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support daily store operations and opening/closing duties

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn POS systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Ability to lift packages (up to 40–50 lbs)
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
