Alliance Warehouse Services is growing and looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team remotely. We are seeking a results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of high-volume hiring.
If you understand the full recruitment lifecycle, can fill multiple positions quickly, and have experience working for a staffing agency, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Conduct high-volume hiring mainly for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and general labour positions
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking,
Creating and promoting job advertisements
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently
Coordinate hiring processes with clients and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Meet and exceed hiring targets and fill positions within tight deadlines
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
Staffing agency experience strongly preferred
Proven success in high-volume and mass hiring environments
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial roles is an asset
Experience with multiple ATS systems
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CPC are considered an asset
