To provide employee's tax certificates and ensure all taxes and benefits are correctly paid while adhering to all regulatory requirements to mitigate risk for the Group. To ensure the financial transactions have been accurately accounted for in each jurisdiction, in line with legislation and regulations<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Qualification: <br><br></strong>Degree<strong>: </strong>Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting<br><br><strong>Experience Required<br><br></strong><strong>Digitisation, Insights and Operations<br><br></strong>People & Culture<br><br>3-4 years<br><br>Payroll experience would be critical as this role will provide Finance and Tax services within a global payroll environment with various jurisdictions and nuance differences. The focus will be on reconciliations and general ledger activities to ensure all benefits are paid.<br><br>3-4 years<br><br>Practical experience and good insight into Enterprise Resource Planning systems and the flow of information through various systems. Experience in dealing with foreign currency translations and revaluations. Financial Modelling and automation.<br><br>3-4 years<br><br>Thorough understanding of Accounting, Finance, Payroll and Employee taxes. Experience in a payroll environment, People & Culture value chain, with large financial activity and multiple income statement and balance sheet accounts.
