TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1,071,429 PER ANNUM REF NO: FPR 44/25
Requirements:
Relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preferably a BSc in Computer Science
At least five (5) years relevant experience, including supervisory/management experience
Proficiency is MS Office and Adobe Suite
Proficiency with web analytics and SEO tools, front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
An understanding of APIs and front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular or equivalent
Experience in web management on SharePoint, Umbraco, WordPress or equivalent
Strong understanding and practical experience in designing and managing website taxonomies, metadata systems
Experience with SharePoint Term Store is highly advantageous.
Key performance areas:
Build and develop HTML pages, web parts, newsletters, templates, and sites
Manage content management systems, digital platforms, perform regular, scheduled maintenance checks to ensure systems operating as they should
Report, track and manage bugs to resolution
Modify and configure SharePoint webparts or equivalent
Manage and advise on UAT processes for City digital platforms
Manage website integrations with third-party services
Perform other digital related work, including image editing, video management, mailer development and publishing, document branding, tagging and upload, communication sending and tracking, form and survey building
Manage, review and update governance practices, manage user roles and documentation, train users on platforms.
