Job Summary Drive the call to action across the business for below the line marketing initiatives while ensuring sales force is supported with market leading training and development. Job Description Grow and retain the A&I customer base Support AIFA and Absa Wealth client engagement by providing input towards advice, comparisons, presentations and client proposals as well as client complaints resolution. Periodically meeting with clients if required. Create Value for our Customers, Stakeholders & Shareholders via the 3 pillars of Business Development Support Fulfill all responsibilities included in the Service Level Agreements between Absa Wealth and AIFA by supporting Advisers, Wealth Managers & support Consultants with general & technical queries, individual training, advice, fund/ product comparisons, client discussions and providing input on correct completion of the Record of Advice Train and Coach Design and deliver training relating to RDR requirements, investment planning tools and general market and product investment subject matter for AIFA and Absa Wealth. Training sessions to include a minimum of 5 candidates. Governance Create awareness and facilitate AIFA governance rules by way of Deal Forum participation. Participate in Wealth Round Robin Deal Forums as required. Ensure risk is mitigated by ensuring Records of Advice contain all information and disclosures as required by the Act. Assessment of product and fund exception requests and escalate product and fund compliance breaches. Compliance Regulatory Complete all regulatory assessments required in terms of RDR and other applicable legislation relevant to representatives of AIFA. FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) Experience As Per the FAIS Act Product Specific Training once Onboarded Class Of Business Training Continuous Professional Development Attest To Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing Education Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
