This role on the Foodservice Trade team is responsible for the accounting of Local customers within the Away-from-Home channel, while maintaining an effective and efficient control environment.
This is a hybrid role that can be based in either our Purchase, NY, Plano, TX or Chicago, IL offices.
Responsibilities
Oversee \$500MM+ off-ticket LFS Trade budget
Harmonize reporting and account reconciliation across bottling Trade
Work with Finance, sales and ICC to provide guidance of trade processed and execution
Support Corporate and KPMG requests for LFS
Prepare Balance sheet and P&L analytics for risk mitigation
Prepare, review and post Journal Entries
Prepare, and review Account reconciliations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
CPA required
3+ years of accounting experience
Public accounting experience with Big 4 firm
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Nice-to-haves
Masters Degree preferred
Team player with ability to work with a wide variety of business partners (Sales, Finance, AR, Control etc.)
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Basic understanding of Automation tools
Strong understanding of GAAP and MPI reporting requirements and policies
Strong systems and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
