Remote work : IT Support Technicians

<p>We are currently recruiting for a Support Technician to join our international clients’ team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective first-level support for ICT services.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, applications, and mobile technologies<br /> Highly computer literate and experience with Windows and Citrix are essential<br /> An understanding of LAN/WAN network servers and Database environments<br /> Ability to deal promptly with customer queries and requests and take responsibility for meeting customer needs within the agreed timescale<br /> Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.<br /> Complaint handing and listening skills developed to a very high degree<br /> You will be given all the equipment needed however you will need to have the below technology requirements.</p> <p>Telephone landline.<br /> Internet connection, with an internet speed of 10Mbps or higher<br /> Suitable, uninterrupted workspace with comfortable desk and chair</p> <p>R 18,000 – R 25,000 per month.</p>
