In this role, you will support the implementation and optimization of monday.com solutions for clients, transforming business requirements into scalable workflow solutions while developing your technical and consulting skills.ResponsibilitiesConfigure monday.com workspaces, boards, views, permissions, automations, and integrations based on project requirementsAssist with implementation activities and help bring solution designs to life within the monday.com platformPrepare, clean, organize, and validate client data for migration into monday.comPerform data imports and verify information is accurate, complete, and properly structuredTest workflows, automations, formulas, and integrations to ensure solutions function as intendedTroubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate with senior consultants to identify and resolve challengesCreate and maintain implementation documentation, configuration notes, and standard operating proceduresContribute to reusable templates, knowledge resources, and continuous improvement initiatives within the practiceStay current on new monday.com features, automation capabilities, certifications, and best practicesSkillsMinimum one (1) year of hands-on experience configuring workflows, managing projects, building boards, or organizing data within monday.comFamiliarity with monday.com workspaces, board structures, views, permissions, automations, and standard integrationsExperience supporting SaaS implementations or business application deploymentsStrong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications, including data cleanup, manipulation, validation, and organizationExperience preparing, formatting, and validating data for migrations or system importsUnderstanding of basic relational data concepts and data integrity best practicesExperience creating documentation, including standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and similar process documentationPrior experience in a consulting, professional services, technical support, operations, or business systems environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach technical challenges with curiosity and persistenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a collaborative team environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience in a technical support, operations, or business systems roleExisting monday.com certifications, such as Core, Product Specialist, or Workflow DesignerWillingness to pursue additional monday.com certifications and professional development opportunitiesBenefitsAffordable medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) plan with matchCompany-paid disability and life insuranceVoluntary life insurance optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Identity and fraud protectionRecognition and wellness programsFlexible paid time offRemote and flexible work optionsPaid training and certification opportunitiesEligible for the XTIVIA employee bonus planCompany OverviewOur power comes from our people.
