Remote Call Center Agents – No experience and FREE TRAINING

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Taking incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding sales and service queries,
• Ensuring a level of service that exceeds customers expectations,
• Generating sales with new or existing customers and pro actively exploring opportunities to cross sell,
• Getting involved with Call Center activities, competitions and fun days,

To help you get up to speed, they will provide you with 3 weeks of full time paid classroom training, where you will learn about their policies, products and systems. Once graduated from training, you will move onto a rotating roster.

They offer a generous basic salary plus commission which will be discussed in the interview.
