<div><strong>Job Requirements </strong><br/><br/><strong>What You Will Do:</strong><br/><ul><li>Oversee IMS Schedule creation and tracking</li><li>Manage project RAILs to drive actions to completion</li><li>Monitor productivity and drive process improvements</li><li>Investigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternatives</li><li>Follow drawings update and approvals in PLM tool</li><li>Manage and Report on Project Schedules, Budget, and Priority</li><li>Seek advice from subject matter experts when required</li><li>Report project status during regular internal and external meetings. Typical reports would include updates on project status, assumptions, information needed, and overall program health</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience</li><li>Aerospace supplier pipeline experience preferred</li><li>Experience with tooling, monitoring tool life, risk analysis, and tool surveillance</li><li>Alternative experience with casting and forging may be acceptable</li><li>Experience developing and managing execution of tooling projects</li><li>Alternative experience with casting and forging may be acceptable</li><li>Highly capable with MS Office Suite</li><li>Experience with process improvements and productivity improvements</li><li>Experience with end-to-end accountability for part transitions</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination capabilities</li><li>Excellent presentation skills</li><li>Familiarity or interest with aerospace industry desired</li><li>EWI/Rich Client experience a plus</li><li>Teamcenter and SAP experience valued</li><li>Previous leadership experience a plus</li><li>Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent business management and developmental skills</li><li>Team/management skills and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to express technical information in a clear and simple way</li><li>Work as a team member in a technical project environment. Must be self-motivated and able to think 'outside the box'</li></ul><br/><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $90,000 - $120,000 per year<br/><br/>Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
