As a Partner Sales Representative you will be responsible for day-to-day channel relationships, supporting the channel to align product features with business benefits and configuring solutions for the enterprises we serve. You will also identify qualified sales opportunities for new channel partners and secure meetings for sales colleagues when appropriate.
What you will do:
Foster GenAI Developer engagement with AstraDB to build Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Registered Qualified Leads (RQLs) and revenue flywheel in the assigned region
Implement CSP go-to-market plans and programs in support of business plan/objectives for the assigned region

Build and maintain relationships of Datastax advocacy with the ISV Partner and Field Teams of Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
Top account targeting with campaigns / programs / events and connect their developers and decisions makers with the DataStax field team
Drive activities to foster business opportunities with CSP Field teams
Introduce integrations and strategic alignment efforts to the CSP and Datastax field levels
Be a catalyst to bridge other GenAI ecosystem partners into the CSP GTM motion for more Developer pull (i.e. Langchain, Bedrock, Astra, Fiddler vs. just Astra & Bedrock)
Develop strategy to recruit and retain key CSP GenAI focused SIs in the region
Collaborate with marketing, support, product and other departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings
Take responsibility for achieving business results - set RQL & sales targets
Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team
Your experience should include:
Proven experience in partner sales or a related role.
Strong understanding of Cloud Native Software Industry and the ability to identify strategic partners.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Exceptional relationship building skills
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proven track record of cross functional success
