Job Summary:
SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Yelp Spam Comment Remover. In this role, you will monitor Yelp business pages and live chat platforms to identify, review, and remove inappropriate or spammy comments that violate guidelines. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals who have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Yelp reviews, comments, and messages for spam or policy violations.
Review flagged content and take appropriate action based on guidelines.
Respond to live chat inquiries from business owners regarding comment moderation.
Maintain accurate records of removed comments and actions taken.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with Yelps community standards.
Report unusual activity or repeated spam patterns to the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to identify spam, offensive, or fake comments.
Familiarity with Yelp or other review platforms is an advantage.
