You'll have the autonomy to build and test your ideas, with the opportunity to become a defining force in paid media best practices. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><span>Full ownership of paid media strategies and production</span> on accounts across entertainment, e-commerce, and more.</li><li><span>Design, manage, optimise, and scale ad campaigns </span>across various channels on platforms like <span>Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat</span>, and emerging channels.</li><li><span>Devise full strategies</span> that support the client's key objectives and measurement model.</li><li><span>Taking the lead on client comms and calls</span>, confidently conveying the value we're adding.</li><li><span>Collaborate with the paid media team</span> and client account manager for business growth and audience development.</li><li>Craft <span>ad copy,</span> collaborate on <span>creative requirements</span>, and <span>manage tracking</span>.</li><li><span>Analyse data</span> for insights and opportunities, proposing ad budget allocations.</li><li><span>Document processes</span> and train colleagues on successful processes.<br></li></ul><strong>About You<br></strong><strong>You’ll thrive here if you:</strong><ul><li>You have <span>3+ years of agency experience in paid social and search advertising</span>, with a passion for excellence and innovation.</li><li>You're <span>strategic</span> and hands-on, able to influence behaviour and drive results at scale.</li><li>You're <span>adept at managing multiple clients and projects</span>, demonstrating agility and a <span>proactive problem solving mindset</span>.</li><li>You possess <span>excellent communication skills</span>, can provide clear reporting, and are committed to continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends.</li><li>Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Supermetrics/DataSlayer, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation is a plus.</li><li><span>Reside</span> (and can legally work) <span>anywhere in South Africa </span>with reliable internet.<br></li></ul><strong>What you get</strong><ul><li><span>Salary: R 35 000 - R 65 000</span> per month before taxes</li><li><span>Medical Aid:</span> We’ll contribute <span>up to R 3 500/month </span>on top of your salary</li><li><span>Retirement/GAP top-up:</span> We’ll contribute <span>R 700/month</span> on top of your salary</li><li><span>Leave: 33 days</span> per year (SA and UK public holidays included).</li><li><span>Working Hours:</span> Monday - Friday <span>9am-5.30pm GMT/BST</span></li><li><span>Equipment: </span>We’ll provide a <span>MacBook Air </span>and <span>anything else you need</span> to work from home.<br></li></ul><strong>Join Us</strong><p>We're an amazing team that supports, challenges, and grows together and we'd love to hear from you.
