Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Freight Dispatchers. We accept both entry-level/inexperienced candidates and experienced dispatchers. As a dispatcher, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently across the country.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Manage and coordinate freight loads for owner-operators and carriers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Track shipments and provide clients with real-time updates</p>
</li>

<p>Problem-solve delays or issues that arise during transport</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills (Experience Optional for Entry-Level):</strong></p>
