Manager, Partner Marketing (Verizon Business) Position Summary The Manager, Partner Marketing supports the growth and performance of Asurion services within Verizon Business. This role is responsible for leading marketing initiatives, product launches, program updates, and sales enablement efforts that drive business results across Verizon channels. Success in this role requires a highly organized operator who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, and independently drive work from planning through execution. In addition to delivering against existing priorities, this individual is expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall program results. We are looking for someone who combines strong execution skills with the curiosity to identify new opportunities, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve how we drive business results. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, product launches, program enhancements, and business priorities supporting Verizon Business Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment across Verizon stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams Develop marketing, sales enablement, and training materials that support program awareness, adoption, and growth Partner with Verizon marketing, sales, and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve performance across customer journeys, digital experiences, and sales channels Analyze performance trends, stakeholder feedback, and business results to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to Verizon and internal stakeholders, helping drive alignment, accountability, and execution Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could impact project success Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, close gaps, and create additional value for the business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field 4+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, project management, product management, client management, sales enablement, or related business functions Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results across multiple stakeholders Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into recommendations and action plans Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a track record of taking ownership beyond assigned responsibilities Experience working in telecommunications, technology, retail, or other fast-paced customer-facing industries preferred Who Succeeds in This Role Operators who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy turning ideas into action Self-starters who do not wait for direction when opportunities or problems emerge Individuals who naturally connect dots across teams, processes, and customer experiences Strong collaborators who can influence stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrixed organization Professionals who are motivated by ownership, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact NOTE: THIS JOB DESCRIPTION IS NOT DESIGNED TO COVER OR CONTAIN A COMPREHENSIVE LISTING OF ACTIVITIES, DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES THAT ARE REQUIRED OF THE EMPLOYEE.
