A vacancy exists at TALA for a Learner Development Administrator (LDA). The incumbent will be a team member of the Learner Support Centre (LSC) and will play a vital role in the support functions for the Academy. TALA provides training to the dealer network and that requires an efficient and professional LSC to ensure adherence and compliance to a broad range of legislative and best practice requirements. The LDA will perform the administrative tasks according to processes defined in the QMS and will support with a variety of projects to ensure the ultimate success of the Academy.

 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

 

Administration:

 

  • Support with updating of QMS, SOP’s.
  • Commercial activities
  • Reports
  • Record keeping and information management.
  • Learner Management System administration (Building of prospectus, learner activations, learner support diary, billing, events, calendar)
  • Support with distribution of training inventory across BNLE countries
  • Database maintenance

 

Customer Services :

  • Customer services liaison, problem and query resolution and feedback.
  • Service provider liaison and adherence to SLA

 

Events Co-ordination / Facilities :

  • Perform project plan activities related to function.
  • Tracking and feedback on project activities
  • Participate in PDCA activities.
  • Establish and maintain SOP’s for facilities.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • NQF level 5 - 240 credits or above qualification ETD or related environment.
  • Knowledge and experience -
    • Administration, training administration and shared services process
    • ETD Legislation and compliance
    • TSAM & TALA policies and procedures
    • Experience in customer service role.
  • PC literacy (Advanced Excel, MS Projects and SAP/SAP Concur)
